"Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. "

"Clean, spacious, close to everything! We loved Amaya at the front desk, she was so helpful and the after hours check in was simple. The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The location is very close walking distance to the beach and old town, and there’s a restaurant, and small grocery store right downstairs!
The hotel provided coffee pods in the room with a coffee...
"The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs.
The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall."

"Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again."
"Great location for going to either beach, the Old Town or Barrio Gros. We walked as far south as Reale Arena. Bus station is also within 5 minutes walk. Room was clean. Terrace is lovely."

"Hotel SANSEbay was one of my top favorite parts of the trip in Donostia-San Sebastian. The location was extremely convenient right between the old town downtown area and Urgull mountain for pleasant hiking. It's also only about 10-min walk to the beach entrance. All the staffs were very friendly and informative! Especially, upon check-in, I got a list of the popular pintxo bars and restaurants including their best selling dishes - which was super helpful! "Modern, clean, beautiful hotel in the old town. Great, friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant too. Wonderful breakfast setup. Be aware, no access by car so park at one of the recommended underground garages and roll yourselves over. Takes about 7 minutes. "
