"5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend! The guesthouse was clean, quiet and very private. The main house is in close proximity however the hosts were very respectful and never interrupted our privacy at all. "

"We traveled from Arizona for our daughter's wedding. We were very happy to stay at such a wonderful lakehouse property. It was great to have a private dock and access to the lake. We enjoyed the canoes, ping pong, foosball and also appreciated the fishing poles! Our host Pat was great and we would love to visit again in the future!Kidney / Newton Wedding 2025"

"Enjoyed our limited time in this home. Everything within driving distance. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of backyard for the dogs to run around and wear themselves out lol. The owner was always in communication with me and made this stay one of the best ones we have had when we have come to visit Nashville. We will be staying here again when we come to visit next time. Can not recommend this Vrbo enough. "

"Our family LOVED staying here. Exactly as described, comfortable, close to our tournament, relaxing creek in the backyard, just all around exactly what we needed to decompress after long days of being outside in the heat. Will definitely try and book here again if we can!"

"We planned a trip to Nashville for our anniversary and wanted to bring our doggo. It was somewhat difficult to find pet friendly places with room for us and outside space for our dog. Everything here was as it stated and you can tell hosts care about our stay "

"Great stay! Convenient location to Broadway!The house had everything we needed. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet if that’s important to you. I would definitely recommend this property!!!"

"We had a great time at the house when it was time to relax for the night. Kitchen needs a few more items but nothing that a Walmart trip didn’t fix for us! Would LOVE to stay again. Enough space for all 10 of us.. bathrooms clean and updated .. use of washer and dryer was great too!! "

"Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need. "
