"The apartment was lovely! Had an issue with the code upon check in but it was resolved through messages and emails wiring 20 minutes. We would stay here again if visiting near to this area of Tokyo. "

"The room is very modern. There’s a shower and bathtub. Normally the shower is in the tub but Indigo has the shower next to the tub. The amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash is set between the shower and tub. It’s great for the shower but inconvenient for the tub. The toilet is unique. The lid opens when you’re walking into the room. It also closes by itself. The bed was comfortable. The room also had a sofa a table. Two bottles of water were provided. "Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a decent size. The AC unit was powerful but blew directly over the bed which I am not a fan of. The feel of the hotel is a bit ‘tired’. Good location to travel around Shibuya on foot. "

"Free snacks, free beer from 5 to 6. If you put out the do not disturb sign, they leave a bag next to your door that include new bottles of water, clean towels, and toiletries. Hotel smells good"

"The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."

"Good free breakfast. Rooms OK. Japanese toilet did not work properly. Personal higiene amenities plentiful and great variety. Staff was not able to help in shipping my luggage to other hotels or to The airport. Which most bigger hotels do. "

"リピートはなし。五つ星の為期待していた分非常に残念な滞在でした。特にサービスが良くない。チェックアウトのときに荷物のお預かりなどはまだですかと聞かれ、まだです。と答えると頷いて棒立ちするスタッフ。そこは預かるかどうかを聞くべきところでは？と思いました、、。ドリンクを部屋に行ってからすぐお願いしたいと頼んでも実際は一時間後とかに持ってくるし、ラウンジ利用も私と連れが年齢層が低めだったので馬鹿にしていたのか、、明らかに他のゲストと比較してスタッフからの対応の差を感じて残念でした。同業界で勤務しているため気になるところがとても多かったです。"
