"The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel. We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly."

"Great hotel. Aesthetic design. Friendly international staff. Amazing breakfast - very worth it. We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but...

"What an amazing place to stay in the heart of shibuya right by the crossing. Location is perfect - easy access to metro and so many shops and restaurants close by. Hotel is top of Mark City level 5 ( food court, supermarket ) - a convenient drop off from airport limousine bus from Narita airport. Room was basic but was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed. The bathroom was quite aged but was functional. "Room was much more spacious than I expected. I appreciated the full size mirror in the room as well as the washing machine in the room. Very convenient for a long stay. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo. Five minute walk to Shibuya station along with all the station shopping and restaurants. On a quiet street away from the craziness of the scramble and crossing but still only about a 10 minute walk to Shibuya crossing."

"Check in was a disaster. We got two suites and arrived at 5am. We were looking forward to checking in no later than 3pm. The front desk is unorganized. After many exchanges w front desk and repeating ourselves , we finally got to our rooms around 4. A complete disaster. "
