"We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat."

"We stayed there for 4 nights so we wanted a bit of space. We booked a 2 room suite thinking it would be like the pictures. Upon check in they put us on floor 5 where the ceiling was very low and there was no view or direct light as the windows faced the roof abbutment. It was very dreary and slightly claustrophobic. They were very nice and showed up a similar room which had higher ceilings but the windows looked onto some kind of air shaft so hardly any light got in. They kindly then showed us...

"Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. "Location of the property and room amenities were great. The 24 coffee machine and water refill was well utilized as the location permitted crossing the hotel around all tourist destinations. The 1 bed room suite was perfect for a small family of 4. The check in was done by a trainee, but she was extremely cordial and supported the requests satisfactorily.
