"I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"The 1 bedroom apartment was well furnished and had all the required amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The location was a bit further away from central attractions but still walkable with shopping and essentials closeby. "The location was perfect… close to coffee shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to the tram and airport transportation. The front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The amenities in the room were plentiful and clean. Should be rated with higher stars and have more reviews as this was the best place to stay for our week in Edinburgh. Will come back again!"

"Can't say enough good things about this property. It looked absolutely new with upgrades. Super clean and well equipped. We stayed in a large studio suite with Castle View. You are a short few minutes walk from the Royal Mile and Victoria Street or Greyfriar Bobby's in the opposite direction. Less stairs and uphill on this side of town as well. We had a fantastic anniversary stay. Can't recommend enough!"

"The host was great. She worked very hard to get us in a little earlier and we appreciated it. Great little apartment in a really wonderful area. So close to the train and bus right across the street. Easy walk to the stores and cafes and also the beach. So much better than staying in the city. I met some of the nicest and most helpful locals. My only suggestion would be a better mattress. Really nice and very clean. Loved the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
