"Upscale boutique hotel. But I can't figure out what I'm paying for. Service? There is none. Parking? On your own. Luxury? A mix of modern appointments and cheap ass particle board in unfinished concrete floors. No room service or housekeeping. No staff. Check in code didn't work. Great location on bardstown Rd w shops and dining options and bars. I'm a vendor for pride festival, and it's the only hotel on site."

"I’m never sure what neighborhoods a good when I’m traveling. Turns out, this one was perfect. We felt very safe and it was quiet and peaceful.My husband and I stayed with our two adult children for three nights. We all had enough private space in clean, comfortable bedrooms. The back deck was perfect for relaxing evenings and slow mornings."

"Good street for bars and food- 30ish min walk from actual downtown louisville area. Issue at first but resolved and communicated well by owners. Stay if you want to support a family business instead of a hotel corporation!"

"Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy."

"This house is nice because it has on-site parking behind the house. The location is awesome with access to so many neighborhood eateries and bars. The house is cute furnished in mid-century modern and very clean. The yard was great for the dogs. "

"Another delightful family gathering in Louisville. The backyard and grill provided a great spot for lunch and dinner. Karen gave us a heads up on Easter Egg Hunt at Paristown. Super fun for little kids. This property is a great location. Cherokee Park and pickleball courts are a short drive away. Will be back at this property for sure. "

"The stay was comfy and cozy and exactly, what was needed for our quick weekend stay. Its conveniently close to many things. Communication was good. Just lots of scuff marks and dents/scratches on walls and furniture that I took pics of before even dropping luggage off. Just to make sure it's not charged. But everything was provided, shower is lovely. Bed is comfy. It was good"
