"everything else was okay, the walls are thin and both nights that we stayed, there were fights/commotion that involved police intervention. overall, the staff was nice, I feel bad for them and hope there is security or help on site if events like what was mentioned happened again."

"The hotel feels old and outdated. The breakfast was very minimal. We wanted to use the pool but after seeing the breakfast choices we had to go out to eat so did not have time to swim."

"The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls,...

"Been going there for our amnesty for 47 yrs - my husband passed a couple years ago but I’ve carried on the tradition as my yearly retreat - though I fear I won’t be able to because of the outrageous price increases The pool was closed which was a disappointment and the new restaurant is not pleasing with the modern design nor menu The staff couldn’t have been better!"

"This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!"
