"First, check-in was slow. Despite only a couple people in line, it moved at a snails pace. Not ideal. Worse, my room was awful. For some reason the AC was set to 63 degrees so it was freezing when I got in there. The bedding had stains on it. If you flushed the toilet, it'd run for over an hour. ..."

"All good until the fire alarm went off in the morning. No staff around or help anywhere and had to walk down 16 stories with no idea what was happening. Have stayed here multiple times and this was not a good experience"
