"Checking in was easy and the front desk did let me know that housekeeping was on property every other day, so requests would be handled by the front desk. However, my room wasn’t cleaned on the day of arrival; the floors had hairs, the sheets weren’t new and the shower was also poorly cleaned. We stayed four nights, and the day housekeeping did come our room was ultimately left in that same condition. They didn’t clean the counters, the shower or the floor throughout our room; the sheets...

"Sadly we checked out after 3 of our 4 nights. Property is under renovation (not mentioned in ad) and hallway carpet was filthy. Rooms were okay, but we had to be moved as air conditioner was not working in first room, but then safe and fridge not working in second room. They placed us by the back door which has a broken closure and it banged open/shut all hours. There was a party in the room on the second night and it wasn’t dealt with. Hotel was loud, we had to buy earplugs. No housekeeping...

"Called front desk several times and no one answered. They weren’t otherwise friendly or knowledgeable. Maids were efficient, pool/spa as expected, free coffee was excellent, but otherwise not impressed. I would not stay there again, think price exceeded value."
