"The room was clean and spacious. The view was like something out of a movie, amazing! Slightly disappointed to find out the restaurant was pizzas only but the pizza was nice. Breakfast was also a slight let down, not much hot food to offer there than hotdog sausages and eggs. There were no pastries left when we went up"

"personale molto disponibile e cordiale. per il parcheggio ci sono principalmente due opzioni, o quello gratuito dietro alla struttura (se si ha fortuna di trovare il parcheggio) o pagando 12 euro (suppongo al giorno anche se non ho chiesto essendo che ho pernottato solo una notte) c’è il parcheggio del hotel molto comodo e anche con posti all’ombra. la camera era molto grande e pulita (matrimoniale superior vista lago) le uniche sue problematiche che ho riscontrato sono stati l’asciuga capelli...

"The breakfast buffet is in a different building. It’s a short walk, however it was raining hard the day we stayed. We could not drive in our car because of how the traffic is directed. The hotel provided umbrellas, which was nice. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is located right by the highway and a semi truck parking lot. Nothing wrong with that when passing by and need to rest."

"Hotel Excelsior Splendide was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything in Bellagio just a short walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, and the included breakfast was an added bonus. "Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable."
