"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). "Room wasn’t smoked free, the smell was strong. Bed sheets were full of stains and with cigarette burns. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and had soap bar left from the previews guest. There were roaches in the room. Awful experience didn’t stay there had to stay in another place."

"This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was hair and dirt in one of the beds. The entire place smelled like some kind of incense was put everywhere to cover the smells. The floors were so nasty. There was another person complaining about a large set of dirty footprints on their bed. They ask to switch rooms and the lady at the counter only offered them a new set of sheets to change themselves. I couldn’t even eat breakfast because it was so dirty."

"Parking was okay, and so was breakfast and bed, but housekeeping needs to do better. There were dirty rings around the tub and used soap up on top of the shower. Good thing I travel with my own cleaning supplies. Will I stay again, maybe one night again"

"This is a really cool hotel! My room was beautiful and comfortable. Although there is no elevator, all I had to do to get help with luggage was to call, and I was helped right away. I highly recommend this hotel!"
