"Cabin is more of a hunting/horse riding cabin. Very clean and in a quiet, beautiful, secluded location. The A/C went out during our stay, but the owner was very prompt in attempting to repair. This happened on a Sunday, so no technician was available. The owner moved our party to another, comparable location and did everything to make our stay memorable. Would definitely stay again. Feels like home."

"If you like nature and seclusion, this rental is one you can’t miss! The property is huge and so fun to explore, the house is comfortable and lovely, and Clear Creek is so beautiful. Saw some big deer outside the kitchen window in the morning and had a good time identifying the wildflowers on the property. Definitely will be back!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay here! The property location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The huge screened-in porch was absolutely perfect for enjoying a good book on while also soaking in the view. The house was pretty clean overall, but seemed like maybe we were the first ones there after being left empty for the winter - some cobwebs on the walls/ceiling and some stains on the comforters."

"We stayed 3 nights with children aged 3 to 9. We come to this area every couple years to visit family. Driving 11 hours, we just wanted something comfortable. This cabin had plenty of space for us all. Everything we needed. Previous reviews mentioned a lack of cleanliness but for a cabin, it was just as clean as i expected it to be. "The listing was very accurate based on pictures and had a very true lake house feel. Only complaint is about the next-door neighbor's dog. The red brick house had a dog that came over to our rental property and barked aggressively and blocked my grandkids and daughter in law from walking up the path to the house from boat ramp. The owner eventually came out and got the dog. We only had the one-time problem."
