"The hotel surpassed our expectations. It was very clean, smelled amazing and the staff were friendly and attentive. They told us where to go and where to eat which was very helpful when we were walking around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We loved our stay at Lotza! It was such a beautiful and unique experience. We travelled with children throughout Greece and this was by far our favourite place to stay. The staff and host are very friendly, it’s clean and close to most places. If you are renting a car, ask for the google map to park. It was a bit confusing and hard to notice when you are driving up steep hills. You will love this stay. Definitely worth booking. "

"Hotel is located at the start of the caldera so it is perfectly quiet and easy to get to. It is convenient if you rent a vehicle as parking is right across the street. But it is also a five minute walk to the Oia square. "

"The staff here were so helpful and kind! They provided help with booking transportation and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. The room was stunning and clean with a great view. The pool was beautiful, and I loved the quiet, relaxing vibe of this place. They provided free breakfast, which was fantastic, and they had a bar & other menu items near the pool to order at your convenience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Santorini, especially couples!"

"The views, the location, the staff (Effie, Anastasia and the entire team) were all wonderful! Close enough to Oia for a long walk or minutes by car. The personal Spa was a nice touch as well breakfast room service. If you need a rental car, they work with local companies to deliver the car to you at the Hotel. Our only regret is not adding a couple more days to our stay to extend our enjoyment of this amazing hotel!"
