"All was good.. there were dust bunnies in teh floor in the room, and the room showed some wear and tear. The mini bar/small fridge had NOTHING .. some water and some strange soy milk... that was nonsense. The crazy bar scene in the lobby bar was difficult to hanlde... expecially the rowdy girls who didn't have IFD pices and demanded to be served... thatg was Thuersasdy June 12th "

"I was on business travel with a co-worker and decided to check out Citizen M. We loved our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we expected that. Check in was easy, the rooms were elegant, the staff was terrific. We would grab coffee and work in the lobby until it was time to go to our conference. There were lots of areas to work in. "Staff were welcoming and helpful. Kitchenette was brilliant but would be better if it had a Hob to use too. Room was clean and just what we needed. Breakfast had a good range of food and drinks and suited us well. Fitness suite and laundry area were great; we used them both. "For Father's Day, my son and I decided to take my husband to Chicago. I was looking a location and found Sable. The young lady that checked in was the same one that checked us out. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was nice especially the view of the lake and the shower.
