"Absolutely loved how clean and central this location was! It made getting around much easier as someone who has never been to Japan. The train station is across the street which is helpful, but there’s also a lot of stores and restaurants in the same area. Staff were also extremely kind and helpful to interact with. Thank you so much again! I’ll stay here again when I return back to Japan."

"The room is extremely small! Very depressing. The bathroom is pathetically small. The shower and sink share the same faucet! The toilet is placed tightly next to the wall that you can only sit diagonally! Absolutely no space to put anything in the room. Suitcases tucked under the bed. If you have a 3rd suitcase, you are screwed! Checkout is at 10:00 am while all other hotels are at 11 or noon. Extended time for a fee. If you are leaving early before breakfast time, they don't offer breakfast...
