"The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating."

"Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry."

"The address was to the Crowne Plaza, whose staff checked us in and sent us around to the Holiday Inn behind. The room key didn't activate the elevator, so we needed to get a new room key at the Holiday Inn front desk. This was frustrating and confusing. Once we got in the room, we were surprised that the room smelled of faint stale cigarette smoke.
