"On the hotels.com site baby crib is available but the hotel staff told us their hotel doesn't have baby crib. There was no AC. I know it's winter for us but the room was around 24-25°C and you can't turn on the AC in the room. The staff gave put family suit room 2 fans."

"I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou High Tech Zone for 9 nights. The place is clean, quiet, and the breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. I don't speak or understand Chinese, but the staff were all very patient and we managed to communicate just fine. If you are in the area I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for certain!!"
