"Fantastic experience! Boutique hotel. They give you all the codes to get into hotel prior to arrival. Nice accommodations for the money. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, pier. Comfy room and beds. Heads up, located directly under the restaurant..noisy during business hrs. Not a problem for us. But something to consider. But they provide earplugs and white noise machine. Would totally stay here again!"

"The in room kitchens were very nice and modern, clean, with dishwasher, fullsize fridge, and the dishes, utensils, pots and pans and xtra soaps, papertowels added convience was excellent. The extra Large closet for storage and a closed door was a nice touch to not stare at clothes hanging and our suitcases and bathroom large and clean with large tub/shower and soap pumps installed . The only one feature in kitchen was I personally dont like cooking on a electric stovetop and prefer gas and...

"I liked that the staff were helpful, friendly, and kind. I also like they were able to answer my questions and quickly resolve any problems I had. The room and hotel was clean. The view and temperature control was good. The amenities were great. The bathroom and shower in the room was spacious. Aside the the Emerald Lounge and breakfast spot in the hotel, there are so many other restaurants, stores, and entertainment within walking distance and no more that 15 mins away if driving. "

"The best location in San Clemente! We stayed in a studio, ocean view and it was perfect - spacious, clean, modern. It has 2 ceiling fans to keep it cool. Great patio and priceless view of the ocean and pier. Yes - it’s a busy spot and can get loud with traffic, train, and people - but we expected it given the location - so no complaints here… (just a warning if you’re looking for peace and quiet by the ocean)"

"We needed a 1 night stay and this was perfect. Price was great and the parking was a bit of a challenge but would not deter me from returning. The staff was less than desirable but not terrible. Just odd., I am used to hotel staff giving better guidance on where to find parking and rooms etc. I called to do express check out but the mailbox was full so I had to stop off at the front desk. Not terrible but definitely was not how I wanted to do it. I feel some staff trainings would make the stay...
