"My Memorial Day stay at this property ended with a serious injury and an extremely disappointing response from management.During a heavy rain, I slipped and fell down the exterior staircase. The staircase consisted of seven wooden steps. The lower six steps had anti slip strips installed, while the top step where I lost my footing did not.
