Special mention to Natashya (concierge) - always with a friendly smile and made an extra effort to show me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point, on my recent stay in May 2025. "Really nice apartment, and the view was just amazing from the 50th floor. With 3 young kids the space was just perfect. Only thing is the lift could take a little longer to get there. 4 lifts and it’s a very busy place. The service from the host was really good as well. They would reply to your messages quickly and get the job done. Can’t really complain about anything. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. The area is right in the centre of KL, so most places are within walking distance. "

"After a rather unfortunate experience during our first night on 6/6/25 in Room 1912, we were pleasantly surprised by how much things turned around the following night. Our stay on 7/6/25 in Room 1111 was a completely different and much more comforting experience.
