"Excellent space for 2 families (one family with 2 kids who shared a bed) two other rooms with full bathrooms for couples. Very firm bed. Parking spot in front of house was good and walking a few blocks to downtown. Communication was scripted at specific times. The microwave never worked after several attempts, even unplugging and plugging back in so sent message but never a response until we checked out 2 days later. I was happy we didn’t have any other problems because I’m not sure how...

Only suggestion would be softer sheets and fix the toilet which takes far too long to fill which was fairly annoying. Never knew for sure if it was going to stop running. But eventually would. Fix that a would be perfect. Thank you! "

The location was within an easy walk to downtown St. Augustine, the room was very clean, on a quiet street and provided everything I needed to enjoy my visit. I had the opportunity to meet Lizy, the host, on multiple occasions and she is awesome. My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings and watching the friendly neighbors walk by, many with their dogs."
