"We had our pet with us. Their policy didn’t allow us to leave him alone in our room at any time and wasn’t allowed in the pool area. Accordingly we could not use the pool, spa, exercise room, etc. Very disappointed in this as our dog is well behaved and our room was next to the pool and should there have been any problem we would have instantly been aware of it. We will look next time for a more pet friendly accommodation."

"The property seemed a little run down. The employees were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The room had a strong mildew smell and the pool area had a strong weed and cigarette smell when we walked through, so we did not use that area."

"Very cute hotel. Staff pleasant and as helpful as they could be. Unfortunately our a/c unit was either full blast or off. Room was freezing. Consulted front desk and was told to use a plug in heater to warm room up. Control panel on unit was non functional. Maintenance was aware and stated that part was on order. Not sure why anyone would be placed in this room. The bed was not comfortable, slid on platform and was hard. Outside traffic and train noise could be heard all night."

"Bed was horrible. Need another bathroom on the main floor and keep it clean. Need a bathroom exhaust fan in the bathroom of the hotel room. Need a bowl brush for toilet. Front staff was courteous. 15$ a day to self park??? Was not in the information when I booked. This was outrageous."

"We were disappointed that they did not have a continental breakfast. The restaurant was very small and did not offer much except cuban or something along that line that we don't eat. Room doors were very hard to open, stuck. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Amenities were not good. Used what we brought. Coffee was not replenished by housekeeping."
