"Coming from quite a distance out of state, we were so excited to arrive at the house. It was exactly as described and pictured, honestly it was better! Communication was quick and everything was perfect. The amount of things that were available and thought of was truly extensive and showed how much care they put into hosting. "Convenient location between historic St. Augustine and the beach. Check in was fine, office staff was friendly. Our room was dated and not cleaned to a high standard. Shower was clean but there was mold along shower door track. Stains on sofa cushions. Bed was comfortable and bedding seemed fresh. The patio next to the marina provided a nice view and it was quiet during our stay. We were only there for 1 night and it met our needs."

"This has to be the best place to stay. The room was gorgeous, even had a washer and dryer so you go home with clean clothes, the bed was amazing. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. "This property had everything we needed. It is not a luxury resort. Some things need a little work, but it is peaceful, simple, right on the beach, and a good location. Communication with the host was easy, fast, and friendly. We came to Jacksonville because I had to go to the Mayo Clinic. It is an easy 9-10 min drive from the property to the Mayo. Thank you to the host for helping make our visit a seamless and nice stay."
