"Beautiful waterfront with marina for the boating crowd and more. Very nice Little resort - clean room. Check in and out was easy. Coffee and ice and mini fridge in room. "We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available."

"Great location, the beach was a very short walk. Property was clean with everything you need for a stay. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close. I highly recommend this property. "

The trash was full upon arrival so nowhere for us to put trash. Downstairs was too hot for anyone to stay in the beds. Water smelt horrible. After...

"Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. "

"This house was awesome. The host communication was great and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The location was close enough to downtown but without any of the inconveniences. I liked the layout of the house and had the essentials for the stay. We will highly consider returning to this location next year."

"This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! "

"Everything about our stay in Saint Augustine was wonderful. Oceans 13, Condo D was exactly what we were hoping for and we hope to return. The Condo was nicely decorated with a beach theme and the high ceilings made the place look bigger and brighter. The location to restaurants and beach were much closer than we expected with so many places to visit. Having the location “pet friendly” made our vacation lots of fun for us to share all it had to offer with our Frenchie, Milo."
