"Good customer service but the rooms and the hallways leading to the rooms need serious upgrade. They offer free water and there is a water dispenser located in the hallway. The breakfast buffet is good. "

Der Rooftop Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die zentrale Anbindung an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal. "二泊しました。広くて清潔な部屋でした。 日本の空港で充電した時にタイプCのケーブルを置いてきてしまったようで、ホテルチェックイン前にセブンイレブンでケーブルを買ったのですが、部屋にワイヤレスの充電器があったので買わなくてもよかったみたいです。日本のコンセントが挿せるタップもあり、海外でも使えるヘアアイロンも使えました。 シャワーの方は温度調節のつまみと思われる方をどちらに回してもお湯がでなくて一泊目は水浴び状態でしたが、バスタブの方のシャワーは日本のビジネスホテルでよくある水とお湯の蛇口を回して温度調節するタイプだったので二泊目は温かいシャワー浴びることができました。 口コミを見て清潔なところ、そして空港から乗り換え無しで着く駅の周辺でこのホテルにしました。正解だったと思います。シンガポールは暑いので、朝出かけてから部屋に戻って、少し休んでまた出かける、ということもしやすかったです。 チェックアウト後もその日の深夜に飛行機に乗る予定だったので荷物を預かってくれました。取りに行ったときの様子をみた感じ、フロントに置きっぱなしではなく、スタッフしか入れない部屋に置いてくれていたようです。"
