"We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things...

"Everything host described. Not sure where the grilling area was since we didn't need/want to use it. Outside lights stream in to the living room area, which can be problematic for some that are trying to sleep there. It got a little loud with other tenants coming/going in middle of the night. Overall the host responded well to questions and allowed us to stay even though we had a few extra kids traveling with us than the listed number. A hotel is tight for our family.
