"We loved our stay at the cottage! The layout, the two living areas and the well appointed kitchen made our 4 night stay very comfortable... the tea and coffee bar and the towel warmer!! All the beds were super comfortable too. We especially enjoyed the back of the property with the "swing house", axe throwing, and big fire pit!We would definitely love to stay again! "

"The property decking was rotten at places and dangerous. Railing at stairs were broken and falling apart. I fell due to no leaf removal. Washer broken on arrival, blind broken next to fireplace. Cobwebs throughout property. Not impressed with property at all. Also, Bernard’s landing had a card inside to rent from them directly for 30% discount which is a problem for VRBO. I have been using VRBO for years and never this dissatisfied with a property. Definitely not impressed "

"Stay was overall enjoyable, the house was generally clean, and mostly well supplied. One big concern was not having communication on how to get into the property until the night before and only after I texted, called (could not leave a message), and contacted VRBO customer service. That said, once I got the information checking in was easy. There was only one coffee pod for the Keurig. Toilet roll in the bathroom was nearly empty - and no other rolls in the bathroom.
