"Property was definitely older than indicated in listing. Frankly there was a lot of junk in the lobby areas. Room was spacious and housekeeping did a good job. Hot water was sketchy. Location to local mall was excellent as well as rapid transit system."

"This is our 4th stay at Ascott Sathorn, and this time we got the larger 2 bedroom suite, just to have a little more space since we spend so much time there. Have to say though that the best part of this hotel is the wonderful people, always so helpful and kind, from the manager to the reception and housekeeping, all amazing"

"Nice clean room, good air conditioning, homey lounge, and nice interior decors. Very impressive is khun Nat, an outstanding polite, warmest hospitality to help the guests, well represents beautiful Thailand, Thais, and Cultures. A treasure to have at Mariya.! Some improvements are internet issues, room-unstable and difficult sign-in for WiFi, one unfriendly female front-desk/ is not helpful and simply blames on guest's laptop quality/issue instead, and the narrow step stairways is not good."

"Overall the room was clean, no discrepancies. Although, I would suggest having more kitchen utensils and cooking pans readily available in the room for long-term stays. Additionally, the location was decent. Grocery store and 7/11 about a 8-10 minute walk. Nice place for a short stay."
