If we were staying for longer than 10 hours between flights I would have moved hotels. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke all night, there were baby ants crawling all over the walls, there is 0 sound proofing between rooms so we could hear the people next door having a conversation at full volume, the bed side plugs had pieces broken off in them so they weren’t usable. "離島に滞在のためバンコクでの前後泊で利用 深夜空港到着、到着ロビー4番出口にハイアットのカウンターに行きスタッフに宿泊予定と伝えれば駐車しているホテル送迎シャトルバスまで案内してくれた スムーズにホテルにてチェックインできすぐに休息がとれてよかった 後泊はエアポートトレイン側から空港から地下道を通りホテルに向かった 徒歩7分程度　外を歩かなくて良いので快適 チェックインしてすぐにエアポートトレインに乗れるので便利だった 最長24時間滞在できるホテルでチェックイン時にチェックアウトの時間を確認される 好きな時間にチェックインできるので部屋に荷物がおける 短い滞在時間でも効率よくバンコク観光ができた！"

"This was a great, non-expensive hotel to stay with fantastic and very helpful staff. The location is also ideal with it being situated near the airport and a large indoor shopping mall with restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms were very clean and spacious as well. "

"The Airport shuttle only operates at 5am from the hotel. They do not come to the airport and pick you up. I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, which was did not exist. I wasted time at the airport tyrying to figure this out. And paid for 2 cabs. "
