"Clean and convenient hotel. Walking distance from airport. Lovely comfy bed, nice choice of dinner restaurants. Great pool. No complaints."

"Good"

"Not staying there again. Terrible, not clean, some staff were rude, when it was mentioned that bathroom not clean, even the rooms sold as “Deluxe”."

"The hotel is nice and good value. The shuttle only offers drop off not pick up which is misleading. Also the staff did not mention that there were any issues with local flood waters - there were and it was quite difficult to get in."

"They never reply to my e-mails. They are very rude."

"Decent 3-star hotel that serves its purpose well. Everything was perfectly average — the rooms, amenities, and service are all okay and exactly what you’d expect for this category. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. It’s clean, comfortable enough, and very convenient for the airport — you can’t really ask for more at this level. A solid, reliable choice."

"Don’t get fooled by them advertising a free shuttle to the airport. If you fly out at 7 am they will not provide you a shuttle at 4, in fact they won’t even help you get a taxi. They tell you to do it yourself. We had to clean the bathroom floor on arrival and the towel was black. And they charge for everything. - an extra pillow- 50 baht.. etc… the location is horrible and not close to anything. Do not book this hotel."

"So nice and convenient, would definitely book again"
