"Shuttle service to/ from hotel was good. Room was dated. Bed was not comfortable and very close to the ground. Bathroom was disappointing. Made the mistake of booking a Club room because there was no food offerings at the time we could use the Club."

"It’s near Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, although the drive still takes around 20+ minutes. The outdoor swimming pool and gym are right next to each other, which is very convenient. The guest rooms are a bit farther away, but there is a shuttle service that can help transport your luggage. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that the faucet is too short, so it’s easy to bump your hands against the sink when washing them."

"Heb hier een halve dag doorgebracht om uit te rusten in plaats van 8 uur op het vliegveld door te brengen. Daarvoor is dit hotel prima geschikt. Eenvoudig maar schoon met voorzieningen als zwembad, restaurant, airportshuttle (tegen betaling) en vriendelijk personeel."

"Staff were great. Everything was good, except that the lights in the room aren't bright and there were only two, so I couldn't read at night, and my video calls looked like I was in the dark. Staff went out of their way to be very helpful and friendly."

"Airport shuttle and breakfast"

"Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel"
