"A wonderful hotel located close to the airport. Fabulous staff that helped us to get our 4 am transport for an early morning flight. Great food and drinks at the restaurant there too!"

"I booked two nights at this hotel. For the most part it was ok. The first night, we had a great room, but the air con did not work,The hotel finally mived us after about an hour and a half. On the second night we had a room that was ok for what we needed, but the room wasn't as nice and they charged for the mini bar. Not too sure why they "

"Room and hotel was nice. Only put a low rating because of the hotel pick up service. The lady at the airport was very rude. Our flight had been delayed but I was able to get to the shuttle waiting area on time, with my partner just behind me collecting our luggage. She told us to ‘find our own way there’ or wait two hours for the next shuttle. It seemed a bit ridiculous seeing as she could see my partner coming but still decided it wasn’t worth the 2 minute wait. Really poor first impression....

"The complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Exceptional quality food, wonderful ambiance, and features dishes from around the world (US, South Asia, East Asia, Europe). The only reason I'd ever come back is for the breakfast and view of Bangkok from the balcony (which is now closed off for safety). Other than the food, the room, carpets, and TV were old. The TV was small, often didn't work with the remote, and had limited channels. Carpets were quite old and I wouldn't walk...

"The desk clerk sent us to a room which was already occupied. It was 1am and we were escorted by a security guy. When my card key failed HE opened the door with his master card key and quickly realized there was someone sleeping in the room! There was another guest with us who was checking into a different room on the same floor and his assigned room was also already occupied!
