"Our room was hot and smelled old and of mold. The air conditioner would work and stop working. Lizards were in the room and we had to kill them. All within the first 2 hours. We found another hotel to check into. The hotel did refund us for our stay."

"I cannot say enough about this hotel!! My husband and I loved our stay there and would stay again in the future. From the moment we checked in, we received a room upgrade and the staff were all so welcoming!! The room itself was heavenly!! It was a suite with a kitchen, sitting room, separate bathroom and then the bedroom with a balcony. I requested a high floor and did get one because I wanted the view of the river and the city. It was nice to have coffee in the morning on the balcony. ...

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, it's just if you drop some food all the ants will come out of the cracks in the wall and it's a million of them. The staff is so poor and helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was so good 😊 you get American Asian Thai food and there's different selections daily. The staff cleaned very well and the food stayed stocked. They have the best orange juice I had ever tasted. The vending machine didn't work for awhile for them middle of the night...

"彼氏との記念日に利用予定でしたが、急遽彼が来れなくなってしまい、私1人の滞在になりました。正直チェックインした時は疲れていたし気分が落ち込んでいたのですが、ホテルに到着してからはすごく気分が晴れました。入り口のスタッフの方々の気遣いや挨拶にまず感動しました。チェックインもスムーズで完璧でした。お部屋は角部屋を用意してくださっていたので景色も最高で、静かな中ゆっくりと楽しめました。記念日だと伝えてあったのでお菓子とカードのサプライズもしてくださり、本当に感動しました。優しくて明るいスタッフの方々とこの素晴らしいホテルが大好きになりました。今度は絶対彼氏と2人で滞在しようと思います。素敵な体験をありがとうございました。"
