My family and I truly appreciate all the friendly and accommodating staff and free shuttle service from/to the airport, front desk, baggage service (help carry bags and/or store them post-checkout if there’s a later flight), and store/dining areas. We chose this place for its reasonable price and close distance to the airport. We were surprised with a free deluxe room upgrade, complimentary rose chocolates, and a voucher who their snack shop.
Our room was very nice and huge—it had all the amenities (toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo conditioner, body wash, etc.). we needed for our stay. Things to note: The bed was very firm to what we are used to back in our home but adequate enough for us to sleep on (maybe it’s standard since it was like that in the two other accommodations we stayed at prior). The tub is pretty high, and some people might have difficulty climbing into it. The AC was pretty loud, but we were so tired we slept through.
We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast buffet that had a variety of hot American and Asian breakfast items, coffee & tea, and salad & fruit bar.
I feel like we got much value from our stay. We’d go back there next time we are in Bangkok! :)
