When we came down for breakfast, we had to go to the front desk for a voucher which would have been more convenient to get during check in. At first, we thought the breakfast was just the one section because it wasn't clear that the other room was also included in breakfast. There was also a gentleman who was VERY loud on the phone, practically yelling and on speaker phone being very disruptive but the staff did nothing.
The shuttle was fine, but could be more clear on how to find the shuttle at the airport. I recieved a message from the hotel saying to call them when I arrive and go between gate 3 and 4, which I did. It should have been clear by saying, between gate 3 and 4 will be signs for hotels and to find our hotel name which then they would call the shuttle.
The hotel area was poor, it takes forever to get into the city but fine if you're just having a short layover. The ally way smells so badly.
The room was fine, we had a triple room with three single beds. AC worked nicely. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom came with a small roll of toilet paper and when we called down to reception to get more, they couldn't understand what we were asking.
For one night this hotel is fine, cheap and is close to the airport.
Very strange that they would only take a 1000 baht for a room deposit, this made me feel uneasy, as I'd rather do it with my credit card. Thankfully my friend had a 1000 cash to use.
