"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. "Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

The owner takes great pride and his property and upkeep is very good with beautiful architecture. There’s a cute French bakery just around the corner with a barbershop and nail store to match neighboring the bakery. "○スタッフ 受付やレストランのスタッフ、ドアマン、スタッフ全てが優しかったです。 ○朝食は 人20万ドンほどでつけられます。 フォーは毎朝ありました。パンやフルーツ、ヨーグルト、卵料理などベトナムを感じられるものが豊富で朝食を付けてよかったです。 ○キッズルーム あると記載(写真)がありましたが、倉庫になっていてありませんでした。 写真にあるプール横の遊具もありませんでした。 ただ、スタッフが子どもに大変優しくタクシーの乗り降りも手伝ってくれます。子連れで安心して滞在できるホテルでした。"
