"The room is spacious, I requested for the room to be decorated, so it was beautifully decorated with roses petals and shine muscat. They even have halal food options. I believe this is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Hanoi. "

"Dusit is a one-of-a-kind hotel in Hanoi. It sits outside of the Old Quarter. It is actually more of a resort than a hotel. The gym is incredible, and the spa is even more impressive. Everything at Dusit was extremely clean and in good working order. The staff is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The food is excellent. My only negative is that the bar closes relatively early (10pm)"

"We stayed at Hotel du Lac Signature twice during our stay across Vietnam and Bali and thought every aspect of our stay was amazing and beat out the other global luxury brands we stayed in. The location of Hotel du Lac is steps from Train Street and in the middle of multiple Michelin Restaurants and some of the most amazing cocktail bars we've visited across continents. "The entrance lobby is so clean and pleasant that I was surprised to find that the room was not nearly as clean as I had hoped, particularly the bathroom. The only positives were the view from the pool, the gym and the breakfast."

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking.
