"This was a fraudulent charge in my account!"

"It's a bit loud since there is a bar next door, but it stops around 22:00. All and all a great place."

"I booked a regular room, and for my surprise, I was told that I was upgraded to the presidential suite at no cost. The infrastructure is awesome, nice gym (an actual gym). And then the dolphins... what else can I ask for. "

"Staff were fabulous, even carried my bag to the room up 3 flights of stairs...made sure that I was safe and that the taxi showed up on time whenever i ordered it!"

"There was a glitch that didn’t update their system and the reservation, they upgraded me to a larger room to make it right. Great Hotel and excellent customer service."
