"This is a really cool historic house. Beautiful wood throughout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Not necessarily the best place for mobility challenged guests as there are steps to navigate but it was just perfect for my family’s visit. "

"I spent 2 serene weeks here and hope to return some day! With modern creature comforts in the kitchen, the rest of this home is very rustic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and are into drawing, cooking or reading books to the sounds of trees rustling and water flowing across the street, you will be in heaven here. "This is a hidden Gem that puts you so close to all there is to do i. Nyack, beautiful decorum, beautiful ire, I would highly recommend getting the balcony view, the staff is courteous and helpful, it is a hop kip and a jump from the Mall. "Very simple, no frills lodging. The common area is the hallways could use new carpet. The staff you know was reasonably good the evening staff much more pleasant when I got there the morning staff and yeah I could just use a little more TLC like larger soap and washcloth and things like that, but it served the purpose, and the price was fair."
