"Lovely clean place in a great location. Well equipped and spacious. Only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is because the stairs to 4th floor were painful with luggage and this should maybe be mentioned because anybody with kids in pushchairs or mobility issues would really struggle"

"The accommodation was clean and tidy and felt homely with plants and ikea furniture. The supermarket and tram was very convenient and the beach and park walking distance. A good position for exploring old town etc. The area would suit young families or those on a lower budget as there weren't places to eat on the doorstep. It worked well for me visiting family nearby."
