"We had a very friendly welcome and after that the staff were always smiling and helpful. The room was lovely, looking out onto the courtyard, and clean. The radiator in the bathroom wasn't working (we were offered a different room but declined as we'd already unpacked) and handrails in the bath would have been helpful but we managed. "This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings.
