"Quite tired in places and needs updating."

"Das Hotel ist "knuffig", alt und hat Flair. Personal bzw. Besitzer sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit. (Vielen Dank!) Wir würden durchaus wiederkommen. "Everything great "

"A cosy place for a short stay in Colchester city centre."

"Filthy hotel, with staff who smoke in every room. Unfriendly and useless staff — they lost paperwork and overcharged me. An absolute disgrace to the historic building. Should be shut down!"

"All was rather delightful however I struggled to work the Tv but other than that was lovely"
