Property was clean and the mattresses were in good shape.Outside property condition, gutters & back/side deck are in need of attention. This was the 3rd occasion that we have stayed at this location & the large clock on the wall in the main area was broken on the 1st stay in August & had not been replaced by our 3rd visit in October. "Our stay was excellent! The host was responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay process. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Our son (9) appreciated the Nintendo Switch that was available for his use during our stay. The beds and couch are very soft! While the neighborhood may have been slightly sketchy in the past, it was quiet during our stay. "

"It was a quiet neighborhood and an older house that has been taken care of. I booked this property because of how close it was to the fairgrounds. I had three students that had a competition located there. One student found trash from KFC on the floor in one bedroom. That’s not a giant deal breaker for me however, if you wanted to take a hot shower, you was not able to do so.
