"The house was in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was a charming old Sears model home that had been solidly updated. Easy to navigate central ac and heat, wood floors, gas oven/stove top, good lighting, ceiling fans throughout, good bathroom storage, huge closet space, comfortable furniture, easy parking right at the door, and a nice well fenced in yard, safe enough to keep small dogs in.
