"This community is in development and will become something special in the future. Right now, it is bare bones. The cottage we rented was clean and basic, but many of the items need replacement or repair (kitchen table, bed headboard, swivel chair). There are no extra blankets; only a duvet for the bed and a sheet for the pull out sofa bed. Additionally, the kitchen had nice appliances but was missing a toaster and only 1 dish towel and 2 diswasher pods (we bought more since we stayed 3 nights)....

"Great vibe and decor. Spacious for two couples. Nice walking path that is well lit. Loved the layout of the unit. Thus Unit is dog friendly, but there was dog hair on couch and on the couch throw pillows as well as fur balls of dog hair on floor. Otherwise, very clean though. Beds were super comfy. Two and a half bathes were great for us ( two couples). Would stay here again. "

"The location and setting are wonderful! Very quiet, lots of paths to walk on, great views of river and marina, restaurant and entertainment on site. The house is comfortable and cute. Lots of towels, great bed, great shade porch out back. We would stay here again. The reason for the 4 stars:- kitchen dishes are very limited and are chipped- kitchen had no glasses (like to drink soda or water). We requested glasses but they said they could not provide any because it was the responsibility of the...

"We had a delightful stay at The Eagle's Watch. The unit was very clean, check in process was easy, and the staff was responsive to minor issues. All essential items were available. The price was reasonable and we took advantage of cooking some of our meals in the condominium. We would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future!"
