"This was an incredibly odd experience from start to finish. I was double charged for the entire stay the moment I walked in the door and was told that's a standard but I was also told that if the charge did go through they would take care of it. So I'm not sure if it's a standard or if they were unsure it was supposed to happen that way. We arrived and noticed the beach volleyball court was totally overgrown. The pool was not full and wouldn't be during our stay. They did not have an ice machine...

"The tv didn’t work water pressure didn’t work, it was like when you turn off a water hose and that little last bit of water gets pushed out, that’s what the water pressure was like. The air conditioning kept turning on and off but it was mainly off and didn’t even get cold. The entire place was so dirty and it had this stink to it too. I had very bad experience with the people staying at that hotel as well, mainly drunk from an event that was going on but the children they came with kept running...

"The king suite was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room to enjoy our visit with family. The breakfast was good but amazing on Saturday and Sunday. Diane is a sweetheart and took great care of us. Only problem for us was finding parking close due to limited handicap parking."

"We found bed bugs in our bed! They moved us to another room but we still felt uncomfortable staying there and left early. We were told they have a bug exterminator come once a month, but I have my doubts. When it comes to maintenance, I think they are just cheap. The door in the bathroom was replaced, and it was easy to tell it was not done be a professional. They seem understaffed and trying to get by on the cheap. But the bed bugs were the real reason we would never stay there...
