"Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again."

"View was awesome and comes with 4 rooms, each with double beds. 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom are nicely equipped and clean. One downside was only one keycard to get in and out of the property and have to be together as a family."

"Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!"

"Was a last minute booking and managed to get a room. Its my 2nd time booking with them as it was a wonderful experience previously. The host will send a step by step guide for the keys, unit and everything you need to know, so any users who might be skeptical, rest assured all will be in order and ease of check in process. "This apartment wasn’t overly clean, unfortunately, which was such a shame as the location is great, the ceilings in all rooms were moldy, broken glasses in the cupboards, mold on the crockery and chopping board, the washing machine was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the safe was locked so we couldn’t use it, the wifi was poor, we had 2 towels for a weeks stay and 2 toilet rolls, there was a great lack of kitchen utilities despite it having a kitchen area, no washing up equipment, we had...
