Highlight issues and staff communication. After checking in after midnight 1. A strong, odd smell in the master bedroom, which we later traced to the sink being choked. The water was unable to flow properly—extremely slow drainage that eventually caused water to accumulate in the sink. 2. The iron provided in the unit was not working. Following this, the communication timeline from your team was quite disappointing: 1. We received an acknowledgement of the issue only after 10am the next day. 2. After 1pm, we were then asked whether we were still in the unit. 3. Subsequently, we were also asked if we had left the key in the mailbox—something we were completely unaware of. This raised several concerns: • (A) We are on holiday. There is no reason for us to stay unnecessarily late inside the unit and only go out later in the day. • (B) The responses from your staff came across as unprofessional, unfriendly, and at times even challenging. • (C) Asking what time we could return to the unit added stress to our holiday. It is unreasonable for guests to feel pressured to adjust their plans simply to accommodate rectification works—especially when our checkout time was 11am the following morning. • (D) We were informed that a replacement iron was left in the mailbox. However, by the time we returned, it was already too late for ironing, and the clothes had already been worn while crumpled. Hope that the issues handled well so not to experience by others.

First time staying at this property. Check-in process is relatively self service and easy with instructions given ahead of time. Recommend to read through the instructions before check-in. Had booked the comfort apartment that is 2 bedrooms initially and made a last min change to a 3 bedder family apartment. Refund was initially rejected but after several communications with the platform and the property, the property had kindly assisted to communicate their approval for my refund to the platform directly. Thank you Hari for the helpful assistance. Had some issues with the WiFi on check-in day but managed to resolve it on the same night. The water heater in the master bedroom was not working properly. Although the room can accommodate 8 pax with 3 queen bed and 2 futon beds, i recommend to keep it to 6 pax for max comfort. Apartment is spacious, good for families traveling in groups. My mum was especially happy with the rocking chair.

Maybe keep looking

Communication was a struggle as this primarily through a chatbot. Check in procedure was complex with codes and drop boxes. The apartment smelled like cigarettes. There is no soap or shampoo provided in the shower. The apartment actually looked unfinished with raw cables coming out of the wall. Good location though near mid valley mall.

Check-in/out time can be improved, 4pm is abit too late for check-in. And instruction was also sent late.l Check-in process can also be improved, for 1st timer is abit complicated as we weren't know where the letter-box is located to picm-up the key. Security is tight too. Room wise, beds are comfortable. Enough towels.

A good place to crash for simple minded

Overall the place is good for one night crash with family after one whole day of shopping. The master toilet was stench with urine smell despite we tried cleaning the area .

Spacious but details are not so good.

Not sure why the owner doesnt take care of user experiences. The design of the house is good, but there are no chairs or a table, which makes it very difficult for us to have meals together. Water pressure is terrible as well.

Spacious apartment with air hockey! Host is responsive and overall very pleasant experience. The only downside was hot water dispenser not working, only able to dispense cold water.

The accommodation is near to Mid Valley Mall. The grab fare is less than RM 10. The apartment is well maintained. Very clean. The bathroom water is powerful for a good shower.

Don’t be misled by the pictures you see. There are no stools for dining area and no coffee table. The entire place was bare and the furnitures was rundown. We did reach out that we will not be able to fit a 2m height limit as we were driving a mini bus but the owner said to just mentioned it to the guards however we were still not allowed to park in the property and was left with no resolution on this. We ended up parking illegally just outside by taking a risk. The initial comms seems promising but once we raised issues with the condition of the property it was total silence throughout! And to think we paid almost 1k RM just for a night stay?! Ridiculous pricing for such a barren place. I would not recommend this place at all.

Well equipped and convenient location

The apartment is about 10min walk from southkey mall - very convenient There is an eating house just beside the apartment - no need to go hungry. The 2 bedroom is just nice for the family of four.

Not worth the price

Unfortunately this homestay doesn’t worth the price we paid for. Poor bed sheet quality - pilling on bed sheet. No toiletries and dirty sink (flies on it). One of the aircon controllers battery level was flat. Relatively late check-in time (4pm) might be a concern for guests who are not driving and travel with luggage since there is no place to store it before check in time. Hopefully the homestay management will look into above unease matter and make the necessary improvements.

1 night family stay

Overall stay was pleasant with the place being very homely. Place is clean and spaxious. Location is excellent, being very near Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Two feedback to note. 1. The master bedroom toilet doesnt flush well. Multiple flushes cant even flush properly. We ended not using this toilet and used the common toilet outside. 2. There isnt a shower head in the master bedroom shower cubicle you eilp have to rely on rain shower which is very slow flowing. 3. No privacy at all in the master bedroom as it was a clear glass shielding you. Can only stay with very close family member not with friends. 4. No glass door to block shower cubicle. Shower water splatter out as you shower and wet the whole bathroom.
