"Only one of the 4 elevators worked. It took 45 min just to get on the elevators with luggage to get up and down from your room. It said call 0 for express check out but I had to call 3 times before they ever answered the phone. Check in was awful. There was only one person working behind the desk so the entire lobby was full just waiting to check in. Sense the elevators didnt work you had to take stairs up and down 10 flights of stairs that smelled sour from all the pool water traffic. I called...

"The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant."
