"Good location, beautiful resort"

"The place it dirty. They dont clean thr rooms well."

"The Watermark property is so well located. Beautiful lake and mountain views and steps until you are on a beach. The town grocery store is a couple minute walk as well. The grounds are very nice and well kept. Pool was a great temperature and clean. The townhouse was spacious for 2 couples and well equipped to have dinner in. One additional bonus was designated parking for the unit. Highly recommend the Watermark property and the Osoyoos Region."

"The room was larger than I expected, which was nice. You could comfortably fit a family of four in the room without feeling crowded. There was a cute balcony overlooking the pool and water park in the courtyard. It would have been a relaxing place to have a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning had time permitted. The refrigerator was bigger than in most hotels, which was a nice feature. I did not have time to make use of most of the amenities, but the indoor pool, fitness centre and...

"The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet (didn't hear the neighbours, unlike in many motels). The AC unit is loud (like in most motels and hotels), but we turned it off at night and opened the window and everything was very quiet. Very pleasant staff in the office."

"Room was clean but had a resident spider we could not evict for the night because we could t get to his hiding spot he backed into. Hotel did not have a hot tub which may have been my fault for not noticing when booking, but I assumed that a hotel that charges these prices would definitely have a hot tub. Pool was small for the size of the hotel, filled up quickly with 3-4 groups of people."

"The hotel was very nice and clean, decent location. The one negative we had was the room we stayed in (unit 130) was right next to the outside exit and stairs, every time someone entered or exited the hotel the door would slam shut and could be heard inside the room. This happened frequently at all hours so did not make for a restful sleep."

"Nice condo on the beach. The entrance area could use a good cleaning but the condo itself was clean. Quiet private beach, so nice"
