"The property was very beautiful and convenient for those visiting for Universal Studios. It is right next to the train station for easy access when traveling. We were there for 12 days. Staff cleaned the room each day and left fresh pjs for each person. They did have kid pjs that fit my 12 year old, but none that would fit my 1 year old. They did have hot springs on the spa floor but unfortunately I am covered in tattoos so that is definitely a no go. I did not even attempt so I can't comment on...
